Whoops. Well, that still fails, if attempted. Looks like it's trying to use jupyterlab 3.6.4. (Not sure if that's the ONLY issue, but it seems to be one of the issues.) |

As of last week's merge of executablebooks/jupyterlab-myst#155, the PR source branch that was being pulled in1 is deleted from the repo. But that's OK, as PyPi has the new release.
Fixes ReadTheDocs CI builds. (Or at least, it should...)
