I think the logo of deepin in the bar that is being used as an icon for the menu should be a gray or white everything to make it look better

I think that making it grey should make it more consistent with the other deepin topbar "applets" (The music player icons, CPU and memory indicators, sound icon etc... which are just white), however, the notification icon would probably be better if it was grey/white as well, except maybe if notifications are still remaining to be cleared.
Also, Adding those designs change to the icons can still be added as an optional setting separately in the topbar own settings.
