Add a default colour for the next/previous/etc controls

The controls for navigating through the tour don't have any default colours specified in the stylesheet. This means the default colour for links is used, which can sometimes be difficult to see on top of the overlay. A bright default colour should be added to the stylesheet, which the user can then override as they wish.
