Better support for "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Translation Service (DTS)"

When working with Dynamics 365 Translation Service (DTS) (read more), we need our tools to handle the Xliff format that DTS uses

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a new setting, Work with DTS, boolean.

When this is active, a few changes in behavior is needed:

• Xliff Editor changes:
  • New filters
    • "translated" - show Translation Units with state="translated"
    • "exact-match" - show Translation Units with state-qualifier="exact-match" or "x-microsoft-exact-match"
  • When completing a translation unit, it should behave differently depending on the filter
    • When having filter on "translated" , the state should be set to "signed-off" and the state-qualifier removed
    • When having filter on "exact-match" , the state should be set to "signed-off" and the state-qualifier removed
    • When having filter on "review" , the state should be set to "translated" and the state-qualifier removed
• Xliff document changes:
  • Needs to support the header element and additional attributes on the file element
• Refresh Xlf function needs to be handled differently:
  • Sets state to "needs-translation"
  • When using suggestions, the first suggestion should be used and the state should be set to "translated" and the state-qualifier to "exact-match" (but use the Set DTS Exact Match To State feature below, if configured)
  • Remove empty Developer notes
  • Remove size-unit attribute on trans-unit
  • Remove maxwidth attribute on trans-unit
  • Remove al-object-target attribute on trans-unit
• New feature: "NAB: Format XLIFF for DTS "
  • Adds states to all translation units
  • Adds the g.xlf file name as "origin", to make it usable as a Translation Memory by DTS.
• Highlight all review target states
• New feature: Open DTS Translation Service
  • New setting: DTS Project Id - Used for generating the URL that are opened in NAB: Open DTS Translation
  • Opens url https://support.lcs.dynamics.com/RegFTranslationRequestProject/Index/[DTS Project Id]
    • Fallback to https://lcs.dynamics.com/v2 if no DTS Project Id is configured
  • Creates a new folder in the app root folder, if it do not exist: "DTS" (you'd probably want to add that to .gitignore)
  • Creates a zip with the g.xlf file in the DTS folder
  • Creates a zip for each of the translated xlf files in the DTS folder, that can be used as Translation Memories
• New feature: Import DTS Translations
  • Shows a file picker where the user can select which of the output zips saved in the DTS folder that should be imported. (filters on *_output.zip). Supports multiple selections.
  • The xlf file inside the selected zip file will be extracted and matched against the target xlf files based on the "target-language"
  • Imports only translations that have states other than "translated","signed-off" or "final in the target xlf file.
  • Copy new Translation Units (exists in source, but not target)
  • Update target Translation Units with
    • state
    • state-qualifier
    • target
  • If source state is "translated","final" or "signed-off" and source state-qualifier is "id-match", copy the state to the target state and remove "state-qualifier" (this text was identical as before running through DTS)
  • A new setting Set DTS Exact Match To State - If configured, when importing and the source state is "translated" and state-qualifier is "exact-match" or "x-microsoft-exact-match", set the target state to the configured state and clear the state-qualifier.
  • Checks for common DTS translator mistakes, enabled by a new setting Detect Invalid Targets
    • Blank option captions should remain blank
    • Non-blank option captions should remain non-blank
    • Placeholders (@1@@@@@ or #2##########) must be same in source and target.
    • All %1, %2 etc in source must be included in target, the same number of times
• New feature: Set Translation Unit to "translated" & Set Translation Unit to "signed-off"
  • Only active in xlf-files
  • Sets the state target of the focused trans-unit.
  • The state should be set to "translated"/"signed-off"/"final" and the state-qualifier removed
  • Removes any Custom note from NAB AL Tool
  • Moves to next transunit with a "lower" state than the one in the selected function ("translated"/"signed-off"/"final"), if any
