Currently, string data to be matched is encoded inline with the instruction stream. This unfortunately increases instruction decode complexity. Investigate more RISC-like instruction schemes after pulling the string data out into its own data block. Doing this should improve cache locality and decrease branching during decode.

Turning the instruction into a struct rather than a union can also have other benefits.
