When template copied into new sheet, template's header and footer settings are not transferred. For example, one may want to output page number during print in sheet footer on every page.

PoiUtil.copySheetProperties() isn't complete. E.g. copying LeftMargin and Header from source sheet to the new sheet are missing.

Should be done for XSSF and SXSSF.
