lifespan

Code associated with:

Yeatman JD, Wandell BA & Mezer AM (2014). Lifespan maturation and degeneration of human brain white matter. Nature Communications.

This is currently a work in progress and eventually there will be code to reproduce each figure and calculation in the manuscript. I am in the process of rewriting all the code to be generally clear and readable and will commit functions to the repository once I feel they are sufficiently documented.

Some of this code relies on AFQ (https://github.com/jyeatman/AFQ) and vistasoft (https://github.com/vistalab/vistasoft), and the MATLAB stats toolbox. For more information on the AFQ software see:
