Bump Kubernetes to v1.30.0

• Adjust some codegen flags
  Following up Kubernetes commits 26a1a13b805, 6a375b8f4cd and
  4b55936ab0c:

  • output-base -> output-dir
  • output-package -> output-pkg
  • remove trim-path-prefix

• Adjust for k8s logs API changes
  Following up Kubernetes commit 8f4c9c7605a.

• Bump controller-runtime to v0.18.0
  This is required for Kubernetes 1.30 compatiblility.
