  • make navigation tree collapsible and expandable. Users should be able to navigate to a specific subsection on a page.
  • like in other themes, individual subsections on a page should also be marked as active when scrolling

Clicking on a link should, as it does now, just keep the current tree open with the state of 'expanded'. The symbol for collapsing/expanding should be ::after and clicking on it should expand/collapse the subtree. If I use a little triangle as icon, I can rotate it and animate the state change.
