Video Editing Engine

The intent of this project is to create a simple yet effective video compiler/
exporter for web-based videoediting. It could also be used as a simple back-end
for format conversions.

Video Editing Engine is a sister project to Fooga (homepage: www.fooga.org, github: 
http://github.com/fooga/fooga/tree/master).

List of features:
- cuts and combines video- and audiofiles
- resolves overlapping videoclips or images
- creates videoclips from images
- generates black screen to places where only audio channel is present
- currently supports XML and JSON as project files
