VoxCeleb recipe needs updating #2650

The VoxCeleb corpus was updated to anonymize the celebrity names. This caused a mismatch between the new version of the corpus and the trials file we mirror here: http://www.openslr.org/resources/49/voxceleb1_test.txt. See http://kaldi-asr.org/forums.html?place=msg%2Fkaldi-help%2F8cB9Q7BJWxE%2F7PSw7fIlBAAJ for more details about this.

The best solution is to update the recipe to check what the speaker-id format is. If it uses the older format, wget http://www.openslr.org/resources/49/voxceleb1_test.txt, otherwise use a mirror of http://www.robots.ox.ac.uk/~vgg/data/voxceleb/meta/veri_test.txt.

@david-ryan-snyder will take care of this, unless someone else gets to it first.
