Playback blank in KMC

If I try to preview and embed or play in a standalone page any of the sample videos tagged as video I get a screen.

The vm doesn't appear to be heavily loaded so don't think its resource related

If I try to trim or clip the video I get this error msg
Error
Invalid partner id

I was using whatever was 1st in the list. I thought it might be a firewall issue outside kaltura (only had 80,443 open) but this morning I've gotten errors logging in and httpd service wasn't running. I tried restarting httpd, rebooting and also I ran yum update which indicated selinux was stopping the update to kaltura-base but I think I'll just nuke the vm and start again

Please run kaltura-config-all.sh insead. It should fix it.
