fix(FEC-13206): Live Multi audio Language selector is not presented if no video tracks #766

after merging gear and globe icon need to support tracks selection on live with no video tracks selection

Description of the Changes

fixes: FEC-13206

CheckLists

  • changes have been done against master branch, and PR does not conflict
  • new unit / functional tests have been added (whenever applicable)
  • test are passing in local environment
  • Travis tests are passing (or test results are not worse than on master branch :))
  • Docs have been updated
