When we were using the Kata Containers Azure sponsorship it was not needed as we only had one subscription id. Now that we've managed to merge the sponsorship accounts with Confidential Containers, this is required otherwise the CoCo subscription id (different from the sponsorship) would be used.

gha: azure: Set the correct subscription to the account
d86f8bd 
Due to the changes done in the CI, we need to set the correct
subscription to be used with the account from now on, otherwise we'd end
up using CoCo subscription.
