This is a test re-vendor of my fork of GoVMM, with support for hot-plugging IBM Adjunct Processor (AP) devices over VFIO. This is necessary for enabling AP device pass-through in Kata (see kata-containers/govmm#134 ) Fixes: #491 Signed-off-by: Jakob-Naucke <jakob.naucke@ibm.com>

This is a do-not-merge re-vendoring PR regarding PR #134 in GoVMM, which adds support for hot-plugging IBM Adjunct Processor (AP) devices over VFIO. This is to ensure that the proposed changes in GoVMM do not break Kata.
