Some people seem to be missing their XP, this change should prevent XP from being overwritten if there was a faulty cache entry

This should help a little bit in performance, since we no longer have to fetch the entire guild transformer object for every call to the prefix method, which btw is once per command, so as of right now, 129 times per message.

This should hopefully help avoid a ConcurrentModificationException while generating the music data.
