If Skype window was hide by SkypeTab it cannot be appeared via SkypeAPI OpenDialog.

This issue is appeared if using Skype+SkypeTab+SkypeWrapper(Skype4Py).

  1. Start SkypeTab
  2. Start SkypeWrapper
  3. Close Skype window. (Skype icon should exists in systray)
  4. Wait system notification (via notify-osd) from any chat and click on it. (or click on skype in the messaging indicator)
    =>
  5. Skype window should be appeared and focused.

Skype window is appearing only in case if Skype Window wasn't closed.

In normal Skype everything is working fine.

Environment details:
Ubuntu 11.10 64bit
Shell: XFCE 4.8

SkypeTab is not compatible with skypewrapper by design. Don't try to use them together.

i dont know what skypewrapper is but can you tell me i have the same bug or different one?

1.sometimes if skypetab window is closed(minimezed) when message comes and skype build-in notify shows (bottom-right corner) and when you click on it nothing happens, in that moment when you click on icon in the unity launcher nothing happens also.
2. you need to activate some other window , and then click on icon of skypetab to activate it.
