This application will allow users to record details about ICE raids based on the user's eye witness account. An alert will be sent out to all users with the details and location of the raid.
While the initial inspiration for ICE Breaker came from an original idea the functionality of the app Redad Alertas was used as a guide for the functionality of ICE Breaker.

- Build the database user the ice_tracker.sql file
A User needs to be able to report an ICE raid which will include the location, date, time and a description of the raid.
A User needs to be able to see all the reported ICE raids on a map
A User should be able to click on a raid on the map and see the details of the raid
A User needs to be able to get a text message each time an ICE raid is reported.
A User should be able to filter the results on the map to view all raids that have occurred within a specified timeframe
A User should be able to select which cities they would like to receive alerts for.
There are currently no known bugs.
