Don't read PDF page header/footer #25

Strangely, header/footer text are always read first.

Strategy: grab the text of the next page and trim the head and tail that's the same on both pages.

Also, don't read annotations

Strategy: remove comma-separated series of numbers that follow punctuations (no whitespace).
Make sure what precedes the punctuation isn't a number or whitespace either.
