I've got an email today from a swedish user of QRGen complaining that creating a VCard with special characters like å, ä and ö could not be read with his iPhone. I couldn't see the problem with my android device, nevertheless I think its a good idea to have the encoding set explicitly.

Maybe it was incorrect usage of QRGen (not providing the charset hint) but I've not got an answer yet. So it thats the case this PR should be dismissed of course.
