Close #92

  • Require wxWidgets 3.2.0 to build
  • Drop support building with wxWidgets 3.0.x
  • Support following versions for a while:
    • wxWidgets 3.1.6
    • wxWidgets 3.1.7
    • (Versions after wxBitmapBundle introduced)
