atom-imagej-mode

Atom package for running ImageJ scripts in ImageJ/Fiji/ImageJ-server from Atom

Usage:

1. Install the Fiji distribution of ImageJ.
2. Enable the imagej-server update site in ImageJ.
3. Install atom-imagej-mode into Atom
4. Update the location of your ImageJ binary in the settings for atom-imagej-mode. e.g.:

• OS X: /Applications/Fiji.app/Contents/MacOS/ImageJ-macosx
• Linux: /home/username/Fiji.app/ImageJ-linux64
• Windows: c:\Fiji.app\ImageJ-win64.exe
