Description
Showing "Homebrew in CI" some ❤️...
Initial ref: #497 (comment).
Implemented as per Homebrew/brew#9285 and https://docs.brew.sh/Manpage.
This reduces the build time and prevents breakage, but only affects CI, not
kerlitself.
