The standard Arduino keyboard library doesn't support media keys. I did a bit of digging and discovered the project over at NicoHood/HID does handle media keys. It can also be dropped in over the standard Arduino keyboard library.
One catch is that it only supports key names and as such, doesn't support sending the keys as a number. See the documentation for more information.
