You can use precommit hook to fix the line endings automatically https://homelab.khuedoan.com/getting-started/install-pre-commit-hooks/
- Many linux distributions, such as Fedora, deploy with SELinux enabled and enforced. Configure this appropriately on your own or simply set to permissive (at least it'll be logging): | ||

I'm not 100% certain why the prerequisites.md file appears fully 're-written'. I suspect it's related to line endings. It's always line endings...
