Added support for: * Multiple pitch and roll tags. Theta S also have several. * If multiple files are given on command line, they are processed in order. E.g.: theta_rectify.sh *.jpg
All exif tags, except those that contains the correction that has just been done, are copied to the new file using exiftool.

Theta S adds multiple tags with pitch and roll, so only one is now picked
Multiple files are now accepted on the command line.
All exiftags, except pitch and roll, are now copied to the new file.
