Removed feature flag for breakdown chart. Added new model and factory for ReferralAggregates. Chart now displays accurate data based on aggregates and total pledged amount. SO MANY TESTS!

✨ The chart is back! Removed feature flag for breakdown chart. Added new model and factory for ReferralAggregates. Chart now displays accurate data based on aggregates and total pledged amount. SO MANY TESTS!
