Feature/update docker version
Update docker to 1.13 and compose to 1.10.0
Added openssh to allow clone git repositories using ssh keys
Updated to docker 1.13.1 and compose 1.11.1
Apparently 3.4 gives an nullpointer when not specifying -sslFingerprints with a value

Downside: now it's in the `env` output unless the swarm-plugin deletes it :-(
The jenkins user is now added to the group that is assigned to the Docker socket at container startup. This is done because the GID of that group is known to vary between systems. A group with that GID is added if neccesary. The jenkins user is no longer a member of the root group as that led to a default shell of `/sbin/halt` instead of the system's default. The container startup now also economizes on the number of processes that are running.

Update swarm client to 3.9. maybe plan to switch to "–passwordFile" option as implemented in jenkinsci/swarm-plugin#66
