I wonder if this is a problem with the way something is configured on your computer. If you go to that URL directly in a web browser, does that work?

I am on a corporate laptop, it could be a security issue. What could be alternatives for someone using a corporate laptop and then use SDK to create template?

Solved it - Setting the NODE_TLS.... to "0"
