I am using the PhD template for writing up my thesis and I have a problem in seeing the refernces in the pdf previwe file eventhough I am using the template as it is.
I am using Winedt 9 for my compilation.

Are you compiling PDFLaTeX >> Bibtex >> PDFLaTeX >> PDFLaTeX. Can you reproduce the error running compile-thesis-windows.bat file and view the PDF?

If you run compile-thesis-windows.bat file and the PDF has references, it's not a template issue.

Yes, you are right the pdf has the references.
Any advice what to do ??
