A collection of tools for incidents and other emergencies.

Setup

As usual:

1. yarn install
2. cp .env.example .env
3. Edit .env with your keys

Resending a stuck transaction

Private key

You must have access to the private key used to send the transaction.

For example if the Court's Action Callback Bot has a transaction pending, typically because the gas was set too low, you must set the .env variable PRIVATE_KEY corresponding to bot's private key.

Hardhat task resend-tx

Overview

$ yarn hardhat resend-tx --help
Hardhat version 2.9.6

Usage: hardhat [GLOBAL OPTIONS] resend-tx --fee-per-gas <STRING> --priority-fee-per-gas <STRING> --txid <STRING>

OPTIONS:

  --fee-per-gas         	The fee per gas in gwei. 
  --priority-fee-per-gas	The priority fee in gwei. 
  --txid                	The transaction identifier 

resend-tx: Resends a transaction

For global options help run: hardhat help

⚠️ In addition to the these task-specific options, we need to specify the --network global option.

Example

Once you have identified a stuck transaction, pass it via --txid.
