Description of the bug and steps to reproduce:

In dates localized in French, day of the week is wrong.

Screenshots:

In this screenshot, day of week should be Vendredi (Friday in english) and not Samedi (Saturday in english).

Is this not a problem with the time zones installed on the server?

I don’t think so because this seems to be a calendar issue: 2023-02-24 is not a Saturday but a Friday. If timezone was badly configured on the server this would probably nit affect the day if the week.
