I have a question regarding:

Public lists are open to the world to subscribe and their names may appear on public pages such as the subscription management page.

vs German:

Öffentliche Listen können von Allen abonniert werden. Die Namen der Abonnenten könnten auf einer öffentlichen Seite, wie der Verwaltungsseite auftauchen.

By "their names" you mean the list name, right? There is no public list of the subscriber names, right? Because the german translation tells you so, and that is incorrect. I can fix that, if you approve that.

Yep, "their" refers to the public lists and not subscribers.
