Pretty much what the title says. Not sure how this can be mitigated. If a user opens a full post within about 5 seconds of the page loading, DISQUS won't place itself into the right area.

DISQUS now loads last

This is a temporary fix to some browser compatibility issues mentioned in #35 and #36. Now at least if DISQUS doesn't load, the rest of the post still will.
