At present, we use cloudbuild.googleapis.com/v1alpha1, which is confusing since these Kubernetes-style resources aren't 1:1 with the GCB specification.

We should acquire a domain (ideally vendor agnostic), and replace this with that.

Yeah, IIUC @imjasonh may be looking into that. I'll assign to him for clarity.

I requested it, but I don't think there's any guarantee or timeline for getting it.
