Uploading questions from an xlsform the questions seems to be inversely positioned in the question library

Description

When uploading questions from an xlsform the questions seems to be inversely positioned in the question library when compared to those that are positioned in the xlsform. e.g. in an xlsform the questions are ordered as Q1, Q2, Q3 … while in the library they are ordered as … Q3, Q2 and Q1 respectively.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload the xlsform to the library. For testing you could use the following xlsform:

collection_small_questions.xlsx

2. You should see the question order as seen in the library (as shared in the image above)

Expected behavior

The question order seen in the library should be as seen in the xlsform.

Actual behavior

In an xlsform the questions are ordered as Q1, Q2, Q3 … while in the library they are ordered as … Q3, Q2 and Q1 respectively.
