Motivation

Upgrade to Kentico Cloud SDK v7 (@kentico/kontent-delivery) + rename Kentico Cloud to Kentico Kontent

Checklist

  • Docs have been updated (if applicable)
  • Temporary settings (e.g. variables used during development and testing) have been reverted to defaults
