Description
Makes sure fixed-precision numerics are stored in sno as strings, the type required for numeric by V2 datasets, since it
They were being imported as floats, which would have failed a schema violation check, but no schema violation checks are performed on import.
Also added extra validation making sure other types are what they are supposed to be.
