Secure Notepad is an application written in C# that aims to provide a secure way of storing and encrypting text documents. If you prefer to build Secure Notepad from source, follow these steps:
- Visual Studio 2019 or later.
- .NET Framework 4.8 or later.
- Clone the repository or download the source code from the Secure Notepad GitHub page.
- Open the Secure Notepad solution file (
snotepad.sln) in Visual Studio. - Set the build configuration to either "Release" or "Debug" based on your requirements.
- Build the solution by selecting Build > Build Solution or by pressing F6.
- Once the build is complete, you will find the executable file in the designated output directory.
