Kobo usb_host means we're connected to a USB Host (i.e., a computer), while usb_plug means we're connected to a dumb AC charger. This is an important distinction to make, to avoid launching USBMS sessions when not connected to a host...

In the spirit of that last change, split our own fake events in two, like on Cervantes, in order to prevent showing the USBMS popup when plugging into a wall charger.
