almost everytime with this version:
koreader-kindle-arm-none-linux-gnueabi-v2013.03-752-g67a6fba.zip 12-30
sometimes with this version:
koreader-kindle-arm-none-linux-gnueabi-v2013.03-735-g004d867.zip 12-27

never with this version:
koreader-kindle-arm-none-linux-gnueabi-v2013.03-696-gc052655.zip 12-17

other versions not tested.

kindle touch 5.3.7, pdf, reflow
