Revert 338d14e (koreader#3489) Simply just don't walk into "res/" subdirectories, which is where resource files should be per startdict specs.

Revert 338d14e (#3489), as it would prevent listing some dictionaries (and possibly knowing they are HTML dicts) that sdcv would use and return results from.
Now, we simply just don't walk into "res/" subdirectories, which is where resource files should be per startdict specs.
