• add helper configuration entities for rollershutter open/close time (MRS100)

• deep code refactor to allow more efficient code loading (nerd stuff)

• fixed 'last_reset' attribute warning(meross_lan: Setting last_reset for entities with state_class other than 'total' is not supported. #163)
