## gnssir

gnssir
estimates reflector heights. It assumes you have made SNR files and defined an analysis strategy.
The minimum inputs are the station name, year, and doy.

New - recommended - protocol:

gnssir p041 2020 150 -newarcs T

Old protocol:

gnssir p041 2020 150

**Warning: eventually the newarc method will become the default.** I am allowing both to exist for a while so that
users aren't faced with non-working analysis strategies. The azimuth limits have different variable names so that you can
