Code for the paper An approximate expectation-maximization for two-dimensional multi-target detection by Shay Kreymer, Amit Singer and Tamir Bendory.

Paper reproduction:

To reproduce the experiments from Section 3.1, run the scripts est_err_SNR.py and experiment_estimation_low_SNR.py.

To reproduce the experiments from Section 3.2 run the script est_err_size.py.

To reproduce the experiments from Section 3.3, run the script est_err_discretization.py.

All utilities are in the Utils folder.
