Move "Crop" into the toolbox

The Crop action would be easier to find if it was placed into the tools menu. At least most other programs I know put this action together with the other tools.

In fact: I actively searched for the Crop action because I read in the source code that this action is implemented. :)

For now I would prefer to leave it under the edit menu, scaling in there now too. When we get an advanced tool bar we eventually will move it down but for the moment I prefer to keep the toolbar as simple/clean as possible
