Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I need the filename to contain the time in milliseconds. currently $T only does seconds.

Describe the solution you'd like
A value like $T, maybe $t or $Tms or whatever, that will contain the time like it does with $T but also add milliseconds at the end.
or however you feel like it should be implemented

Additional context
I am trying to migrate from sharex to ksnip, but this is a feature I need.
