KubeFlow is also using ksonnet. Maybe they can give the project under KF umbrella. |
I'd love to see the CNCF accept ksonnet as a hosted project or sig-cli take ownership. |
kube-prometheus also uses ksonnet. I have started using it a lot myself too. It is a nice project, makes configuring k8s resources pretty easy. I'm referring more to the jsonnet library rather than the CLI (I didn't even know there was a CLI until now). |
There's this for people who want similar functionality:

For everybody interested (and like @underrun already said), we at Grafana Labs started our own successor to ksonnet at https://tanka.dev (https://github.com/grafana/tanka) 🎉 Tanka is actively maintained and developed, includes lots of new features and we are working hard to drive the entire Jsonnet ecosystem further, because we all our internal infrastructure uses it. Come check it out 🚀 |
instead of archiving the project, would there be any interest in just passing the project to the community / finding a new maintainer?
