Japanese Examples is a plugin for the Anki flashcard software that adds example sentences to flashcards from the Tatoeba API.
- Always up-to-date examples: The plugin searches for examples on Tatoeba.org each time you click the button, ensuring that the latest examples are always available.
- Interactive addition of examples to cards: Choose the example that suits you best and add examples with their translation in English or French.
- Translated menus: Menus are translated into French or English based on the language of your Anki.
- Download the latest version of the plugin from the releases page.
- Open Anki and go to Tools > Add-ons > Install Add-on from File.
- Select the downloaded file and click Open.
- Restart Anki to complete the installation.
- Open the plugin's configuration in the addon manager and define the names of the fields used for examples.
- Restart Anki and create a new deck or open an existing one.
- Click on the "Add an example sentence manually" button in the editor's buttons and follow the instructions.
