I bet that July 22 for the final release is more realistic. We still need to get the final releases from almost all working groups, especially kubeflow/kubeflow and there is

• Merge Sync kserve manifests 0.13.0 manifests#2751 and fixed security issues kserve/models-web-app#81 fix: update /models/ to /kserve-endpoints/ for kserve models web app … manifests#2752
• The final releases for kubeflow/kubeflow, training operator, Katib. What is the status there?
• For pipelines we need to fix Getting Istio RBAC issues when submitting a pipeline from a Notebook manifests#2747 via authorize requests to ml-pipeline endpoint if contains any trusted principals manifests#2753
• Make the kubeflow-m2m-oidc-configurator a CronJob manifests#2667
